FPC International, Inc. is founded as Federal Process Corporation and manufactures its first product, Gasoila^® Hard Set Thread Sealant, within the Gasolia division.

1996

JB Products, Inc.

FPC International, Inc. expands its business portfolio with the acquisition of JB Products, Inc., a leading supplier of professional kitchen and bath plumbing products for wholesalers, contractors and specialty builders.

2002

FedChem, LLC.

FPC International, Inc. acquires FedChem, LLC., a global leader in the production of aluminum organic based products for use in the grease and ink industries.

2016

Noble Company, LLC.

FPC International, Inc. acquires Noble Company, LLC., a leading American manufacturer of premium-quality building products within the tile, plumbing, heating and cooling, and fire sprinkler industries.

2017

Ayrlett, LLC.

FPC International, Inc. acquires Ayrlett, LLC., a leader in engineering and manufacturing specialty plumbing products.

2019

FedPro, Inc.

FPC International, Inc.’s original division, rebrands as FedPro, Inc., keeping Gasoila as a brand name for its heritage thread sealants and PTFE tapes. Gasoila is one of the brands within FedPro, Inc.’s growing portfolio, which includes Tub O’ Towels, Free All, Lube-It All, Tub O’ Scrub and more.
